[Cwo] Update needed

The present rules (on the web site) state that any assistance is allowed.
Let's not change anything just yet. I'm only asking for ideas now .. not
only for the "assisted" issue, but anything else you can think of.
Come to think of it, I haven't connected to a radio link "packet" source
for many years. But then I only use packet once or twice a year when I'm
involved with a Multi-op of some sort .. or for SS which we consider a huge
Multi-Mulit-Multi for our club score. I used to have a 2 meter thingie,
but haven't seen it in a long time. ;-)
