[Cwo] two Cabrillo logs from WriteLog

This stuff can get really complicated.
Demo of some simple stuff - claimed score - attached.

The CQP SW is going to be thousands of lines.
Comparing logs together is hard.

Writing just the CWO "Cabrillo QSO validation program"
for an individual log could take me a week+.
