[Cwo] CWO budget?

There is no budget for this project because it's new.

 

Let's develop one then we submit it to the board for approval.

Hi Craig,

As CWops treasurer, can you tell me what sort of budget I have to run CW
Open?

OK, I presume it's zero since this is a recent invention and there's no
history.
None the less, I need to know if CWops can back this project financially.
The only cost that I see are the awards, on the assumption that I don't find
donors.  K6RB may have some advertising needs, but I don't know yet what
that might be. 

My intention is to run CW Open at zero cost, but I suspect I won't be able
to in this first year.
