[ARDF] Radio controller project

Hi all,

I recently spent some time putting together a concept radio orienteering 
controller aimed at 80 m. I could work on making it "perfect" before 
sharing, but I'd really like to get this out of my brain and move onto 
the next thing. Or maybe spark some constructive criticism.

My goal was to put something together that's as simple as possible so I 
could scratch an itch. There are rough edges, and I don't intend to 
compete with time-tested methods being used by you folks who are 
actually out there directing and racing. I'm hoping to use this design 
to introduce radio orienteering to the local adventure racing community 
and maybe get some interest.
