[ARDF] Arducon has gone live

There is now a pledge level for six AM-capable Arducon kits. That should
make it simple to order enough for a classic event. And if you want a
spare, just add one pledge at the single-Arducon level.

I didn't add the option to purchase six FM-only Arducon kits since that
might add confusion, and I suspect few FM hunters will want six of them.
