[ARDF] Registration for USA/R2 Championships now open

Registration is now open for the USA and IARU Region 2 ARDF Championships, July 28 - August 4 in North Carolina.  Also Bulletin #2 has been issued with new information such as the event hotel, event fees, transmitter frequencies and safety information.
