We are trying to get sponsors,
For now the fees are the posted amounts on the website.
We also recently received a donation from K0OV. We also plan to apply to
ARRL for a possible grant.
So please register and after we account for all grants and any acquired
sponsors and have made all contracts agreements with external venders , paid
group site fees, etc(won't occur until after we have at least 19 persons
registered).
Then we will know the final expenses and will re-calculate and make any
adjustments. This would be a refunds to anyone already registered before any
fee reduction occurred.
if you know of a sponsor please have them make a donation that will help
reduce your entry fees.
By the way my last trip to vet controls and check the map at one site cost
$40 in fuel (fuel receipt at gas pump to re-fill tank that was full before
trip) for the round trip. There are at least 3 more trips required before
the event to that site. And that's not covered by your event entry fees!
So Let's get out of this endless cost loop and move forward.
End of discussion on this topic.

We never got an answer if there will be any changes to entry fee. We had
discussion and many folks voted to lower the costs but what is the outcome?
