[ARDF] Some information about Ukrainian Radios, I think...

I was checking a bunch of ARDF sites today, and ardf.ru had a new
equipment link with one item in it:

The photos appear to be what we call Ukrainian radios.  (You have to
click the link to see the photos.)

I tried several translate tools, and I got some errors, so I did it by
pasting pieces into Altavista's Babel Fish.  One problem is that the
paragraphs ran together in the translation, so I had to separate the
paragraphs manually.  Plus, the translation is pretty bad.  But, since
several of us have these, with no manual I'm aware of, I hope it's of
interest.

What currency is "u.e."?

It's not much of a manual, but I found it interesting.  Here it is:
