Hi Charles,

I like idea to get it done over weekend, I would also consider looking for
local colleges and see if they can provide meals and accommodations or try
to book one inexpensive hotel to keep competitors in one place. Everyone
coming not only for competition but for meet as well.

Self transportation creates problem "how to move car back to finish" If we
will do it this way you need to think in advance. Inexpensive school bus may
be another option.

I think timing needs to be coordinated with orienteering people, I believe
we loosing some interest from them because 2 years in a raw our competitions
overlay with their. If we want to get more people involved, we need listen
to those who wants to participate, but cant come because of other events.

Good luck!

Vadim
