1) I like the idea of a two/three day event. Having Friday as the day we
check out our equipment sounds good.

2) The weekend of April 22-23 is out for me (my daughter is getting
married that weekend.) Except for that, I have no date preferences.

3) If nothing else is scheduled for Friday, I could be coerced :) into
putting on a tri-tip BBQ along with the practice session.
