The New Jersey QRP club is kitting a sniffer. Cost is only $10. here is

I have no connection with the NJQRP except I have built some of their 
other kits and have always been happy with them. This is not a printed 
circuit board kit, but manhattan style.

You can't beat this price. You would spend more than that in $time just 
looking for parts.
