Ken,

In New Mexico a lot of us have been using the Australian Ron Graham
Receiver for two meters. It has its ups and downs, but overall works
great, and can be used with your tape measure beam or a portable Yagi from
the manufacturer. Check it out at http://users.mackay.net.au/~ron/rx1.htm

Subject: [usa2003ardf] Altai-145

I'm not super-happy with my current two meter ARDF gear (HT +
home-built
offset attenuator + home-built tape measure yagi.) It works, but I think
I'd like something different.

Does anyone know of where I could buy a couple of Altai-145s? Or
how much they would cost? I know there are some limitations to the
Altai-145, but I've been very happy with the Altai 3.5 for eighty meters.

What about the two meter Ukrainian sets that I saw two or three of
at the 2002 USA ARDF Champs in Georgia?

Finally, does anyone know of a Mizuho dealer on the web that would
ship to the U.S.?
